| Problem with Steam

Its a far from perfect system but today its being quite bothersome. I out in my password as usual only to have it rejected, so i go about the process of resetting my password only to have it say that I answered the security question wrong. And to make things better i cannot contact steam for support because according to their site my account does not exist.
Any ideas on how to contact them? |
