Problems with Cellular Device (Help Needed)

Sign in to disble this ad
Okay, so earlier today, my phone stopped getting text messages from one number. I turned my phone on and off, as this has fixed other problems in the past. This time, it didn't do anything though. Anybody know how to fix this problem? (I have a Rumor Touch on Sprint if it helps at all)

Open up the back of the phone, remove the battery, wait 2 to 3 minutes and then replace it. The phone will reboot and should fix your problem.

If doing the hard reboot doesn't work it may be a problem on the tower side. Call customer service and tell them some text messages are getting hung up at the message center and ask them to reset your text messaging.

She is not really texting you. She just is not into you.

I've had problems with my phone on AT&T receiving text messages 20-45 minutes later than they should arrive when they're sent from a Verizon phone. I think Verizon and AT&T's networks are programmed to dislike each other...
