I'm not going to say whether I agree or not, but I know there are people on this forum on both sides of the debate, and when you make a statement like that, you are just going to start a huge flame war.

That's the job of the judicial branch. That way, people can't vote to make being (black, catholic, jewish, iranian) illegal. Your vote DOESN'T mean anything if you vote for something unconstitutional. Duh...
