Is there some sort of etiquette when it comes to drunk dialing?   |

That takes the spontaneity out of the call and no longer becomes a drunk dial. It becomes more of a I’m-not-really-drunk-but-I-wanted-you-to-think-I-was-so-you-could-hit-this-when-I-call-you call.

You can plan it, I just don't think you can then count on it happening. At least not with the torrid urgency of a truly spontaneous drunk frolic.
My wife does this all the time: "I'm going out with the girls, I'll probably be drunk & horny by the time I get home, are you gonna be up?" (nudge nudge wink wink)
Then the call comes: "Too tired to be horny, sorry..." (snore)
