PS/2 to USB Converter Problems

So I just got a PS/2 to USB converter so I could plug my old keyboard into my laptop. However, I don't have the appropriate driver for it. I'm not exactly sure what to search for on Google to find this driver. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Help would be greatly appreciated!!!
