...I've been aware of this issue for a while, and it's a BIG deal. This looks both informative and frightening, as well as just flat beautiful. Going to see it tonight in Winston-Salem, NC...

They've been on the decline for decades. Quite scarey consequences really.

(I have a friend whose PhD is related to bee's)

I know where all those bees are going, in my backyard on days when we have friends over to BBQ.

The trailer isn't playing for me. Can someone please explain? Is it a documentary about the declining number of bees?

Just something else to worry about.....bees. We're due for a spider or maybe salamander documentary next perhaps.

I saw the Secret Life of Bees with my wife and my sister. It was a good movie! But they had this Mary statue that creeped me out...

Scary stuff indeed....
My (really depressing) theory is that the earth automatically self-regulates, and when our population gets too big, the earth throws the reset button. Between the bees and the polluted oceans (How we wrecked the ocean), sometimes I get the feeling that the earth has one finger on the reset button as we speak..

NOT THE BEES!!!

But seriously it looks like a good documentary. The decline of the bees is quite a scary thing too.

Looking forward to watching this, I have been aware of the decline and the implications for a few years now. There was talk here of installing bee hives in the borders of Crematoriums and Cemetery's at one point, out of the folks way of course, I liked this idea personally.

Plans went awry, didn't make it to the screening, and unfortunately, it isn't showing again.

Guess I'll have to wait for it to hit cable or DVD....but I will watch it!

This sounds like a riveting watch. Should be compulsory viewing in schools, because let's face it, they are the ones who can make the difference. I'll wager most adults are too selfish, ignorant and cynical to give two hoots about watching something like this. Present company excepted of course...
