Is it an unoffical rule that every team has to have one guy with dreadlocks?

When did this trend start?

Probably started in the 70s, quit in the late 80-90s, then restarted since 2000.

And once a year there is a highlight of some poor dude being pulled down by his hair.

By the way, my daughter calls it Predator hair.

And the Saints' Mackenzie used to call Lambeau home. The Pack attracts dreads, I guess.

Yep, I believe Mackenzie and Al Harris started the trend in GB.
