It's all HTML code. Do a google search for "text to html conversion" and there are some websites that will convert it for ya.

With the cost of shared hosting, you'd be much better off spending $5 a month for your own site.

There are a wide variety of free website templates as well as free BBS (Forum), Wiki, and Blog software so that you can create a nice, clean site.

This is the hosting company I use

Finally the king of Blogging software WordPress:

Just set your MySpace up with a link to your hosted site if that's the way you've been communicating with others in your social circle.
