I have i test drive set for saturday from a private seller. I dont want to go to a dealer and be harrased. Just wondering what owners think of the Rav 4. Im driving a 20 year old toyota. So i know they work. Just wondering what owners think.

really fun to drive, especially in a 5 speed, AWD is a plus, and plenty of room, not as much say, as a full sized SUV but still, enought to haul some stuff.

What year is it? The Rav4 is included in the current recall, so make sure you do your homework on that.

Make sure it has enough power for you. I know one family that traded theirs because it was gutless. I'm sure it's durable, though.

its a 00 model. and im not a speed burner. im just looking for something thats good and an AWD.

I had one for a few years. Very nice car but I wanted something with better gas mileage. Was great for hauling bass equipment though.
