Yep, real men eat yogurt. Sure, some people see it as girly, but each spoonful of that pink strawberry Yoplait makes me smile.

I find that most store brands depending on the store are the same quality if not better than name brand and generally cost 30-50% less.
The only store brand I have found issues with is Wal-Mart. The taste of their store brand is powerfully weak and artificial tasting. Also the packaging is very inexpensive and prone to leakage.
I prefer Blended yogurts as opposed to Light or Fruit on the Bottom.

typical mix-
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1 banana
handful of walnut halves
honey
stir it up, eat it like a man!
