The REAL Men Eat Yogurt Thread

Yep, real men eat yogurt. Sure, some people see it as girly, but each spoonful of that pink strawberry Yoplait makes me smile.

Who else is a yogurt lover?

I eat yogurt about every other day. I like vanilla, coffee, cherry, and maple flavors. I also use plain yogurt in cooking, e.g. on Tandoori chicken or in raita, and I like it on falafel.

Hell yes! I eat at least one and up to four yogurts a day. Not only is it good for you but its also delicious. I find that most store brands depending on the store are the same quality if not better than name brand and generally cost 30-50% less.

The only store brand I have found issues with is Wal-Mart. The taste of their store brand is powerfully weak and artificial tasting. Also the packaging is very inexpensive and prone to leakage.

I prefer Blended yogurts as opposed to Light or Fruit on the Bottom.

Yep, I'm not afraid to admit that I'm a man, and I enjoy yogurt!

since it's supposed to be "good for ya" I eat it.

but a mix it with other healthy stuff, and eat it on the days I don't have eggs and sausage for breakfast...

typical mix-
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/2 cup oatmeal (uncooked)
1 banana
handful of walnut halves
honey

stir it up, eat it like a man!

Yoghurt is one of the larger constituents of my diet. Hazelnut flavour has to be one of the best.
