That's it. I like it as an alternative to yams with brown sugar.
Take a couple cups of the yams, add a can of sweetened condensed milk, a tablespoon of flour, a couple of eggs, all spice, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, some pecans, 1/4 cup of triple sec, beat in a couple of eggs, put it in a pie shell and bake until done.
Great topped with fresh made whipped cream. (I like turbanado sugar and a healthy shot of vanilla in my whipped cream)
