Hi,
Feel like I need to get on track, organised and focused. Anyone able to recommend any good books/audio-books??
Cheers

I generally keep well stocked with books by Dalai Lama &
Zen Master Seung Sahn. Others: Bob Dylan's "Chronicles" , George Harrison's " I Me Mine "
Also sometimes I open up some technique books and play or put on the multi-track and write...
good luck...

a tour of Veet'namm will fix your wagon real good, ya hippy!!!

All kidding aside, I've never believed in the whole self-help thing, but a friend of mine swears that a book called "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" helped him... so for what that's worth...

Check out the Kama Sutra, or maybe a book on Tantric... Oh, organised!

Never mind.

Great for a business environment, at least.

i like the "get things done" method. there's a book and a podcast, probably some other stuff as well. the gist of it is, write everything down, put it into categories, if it takes less than 2 minutes do it now, etc. simple and practical.

not really "self help" books but i read all three of these and they motivated me:

http://www.amazon.com/Zen-Guitar-Phi...2975391&sr=8-1

http://www.amazon.com/Practicing-Mus...2975778&sr=1-1

http://www.amazon.com/Soloist-Movie-...2975820&sr=1-1

THE SOlOIST is probably the most incredible book i have ever read.
