Recommend a side to go with T-bone steak!

Gonna grill a T-bone as big as a toilet seat. It's hard to beat a baked potato and salad, but hit me with something different.

Lately I've been making roasted broccoli. It's a head of broccoli roughly chopped and mixed with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, toasted breadcrumbs (pretoasted in 425) and cheddar cheese. Then laid on a baking sheet and put in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Thought of another one..gingerale glazed carrots. About a pound of carrots simmered in about a cup of gingerale with a few pats of butter for about 15 minutes. Add some cayenne and reduce down to a glaze and serve with parsley.

I am a huge fan of caramelized onions and mushrooms. IMO, they go great with a steak.

Here's a previous dinner I have made which I also thoroughly enjoyed:

Nice side of caramelized mushrooms, grilled asparagus and au gratin potatoes.

There's always steak & eggs as well. Not necessarily a side, but it sounds like a full meal to me.

Slice a couple zucchini lengthwise, toss with a little olive oil and garlic, throw on the grill. Works nice with corn on the cob too.
