After some recent very good news, my wife and kid are going to blow silly money on a holiday. But we want to do something different or unusual that will truly be that once in a lifetime experience.
Before we had her, we did Galapagos, Tanzania, Iceland, Uganda, India and Mongolia. But they were the days before the money drain was born!
We thought about an Antartic cruise ( my dream holiday ), but the flight is a bit much, I'm worried she'll get seasick, and it's damn cold, so will probably save that for retirement.
At the moment, Costa Rica and Madagascar joint favourites... |

| | | | I have no idea if its possible to vacation on Easter Island. Sound to me like THAT could be expensive. Plus I've wanted to go there my whole life.
That or a tour of Japan?
If you use either suggestion post pics!

It could be a fun trip, as long as no one starts shooting.

Not for nightlife, but Moorea is great. |

We have friends who have been living there for five years, and they said the crime and so forth is getting really bad. At this point, they are about ready to move to a different country.
