Honestly, I'm having a huge problem relaxing lately. Playing bass and guitar and listening to music is good, but any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. |

Play basketball by myself
Play computer games
Read a book
Go to the movies (either with friends, or alone)
Watch a few episodes of a favourite TV show
Find a seat outside and watch the world
Lay in the grass on a warm sunny day

I’m tense and nervous and I can’t relax.
I can’t sleep, cause my bed’s on fire.

My second suggestion would be what has been said: a run/walk/jog, hike in the woods. Sometimes getting the blood moving helps you relax. It does wonders for me, and I'm naturally jittery guy.
