Secondly, they are ridiculously unsafe, and even if they did fit my hand and feel better, I still wouldn't own one for that very reason, I've heard too many horror stories and seen bullet wounds of guys who know what they're doing get the trigger caught up on a piece of clothing or a part of a holster and shoot themselves in the leg.

Having had revolver experience, I don't mind the Glock.Shooting one's self is a training and attention issue, not a design flaw. I really have to part with this "ridiculously unsafe" talk.

I really have to part with this "ridiculously unsafe" talk. | That's your opinion and of course you're welcome to it, but I don't want to have to concern myself with my gun shooting me in the leg when I go to holster it, under any circumstances, in my mind, the complete lack of any safety (and no, I don't buy the double trigger as a safety feature) is most definitely a design flaw.

Glocks are just as safe as any other pistol. I still don't care for Gaston's pistol though. I went through that phase with a G22 and sold it after 6 months.
I have over 30 handguns but only 3 of them are semis and all 3 are 1911s
