How can one have friends, and have at least 4 girls want to date him, and have people who are there to talk to whenever he needs them, yet still feel like the loneliest, most unattractive person in the world?

Hormones are raging whether or not you really know it, and the smallest, dumbest, and most trivial things can and will make you upset from time to time. You say a lot of girls like you. Take advantage of that and have fun. I know this is TB blasphemy, but it doesn't have to be sexual in nature if you don't want it to. Just have fun, go on dates, and enjoy company with the opposite sex. You'll look back in a few years and will be glad you had.
Honestly, I was a lot like your OP in high school. I was very well liked by everyone, had a ton of close friends and relationships, always had girls interested in me, was very involved in many activities and clubs, and yet I still suffered from 'depression'. It's normal. |
