Kipp was one of THE "cats" here in Ashland before he moved up to Portland. Very devoted musician, great all-round guy. He WILL be missed.

I played in a band briefly with Kipp back around 2003... I remember him being a cool and laid back guy.

The weird thing was I was reviewing some old e-mails I had filed away and Kipp had e-mailed me about a CD one of his band had just come out with. I hadn't thought about him in a very long time, at least five years, so I did a google search and looked up some of the bands he was involved with on myspace. That was on Tuesday, the day before he died. How eerie is that?
