The nominees rejected:
Kiss, the Red Hot Chili Peppers.....
ABBA is in the ROCK AND ROLL hall of fame, ut yet, Rush isnt nominated, and KISS isnt in......neither is Yes.....

It's just a bunch of self congratulatory, self appointed, and self anointed critics anyways. I guess we are lucky when the truly deserving artists do make it in. |

Darrell Abbott emulated Ace Frehley, got a tattoo of Ace. Yea their talent is questionable but rock music isn't just about musicianship. Some of the greatest hard rock songs are just 3 - 4 chords. It is the show, the attitude, pi55ing off parents. It seems most people on TB think you need to have all the technical skills, that's a small part of rock n roll. Face it, when you go to a concert, you are going to a show. If all you want is technique, go see an orchestra. Rock n roll is entertainment.
