1. It appears that these are actually from Turkey and not Romania (but are sold in Turkey, Romania and Albania): Black Man biscuits *|*Buzzaurus
2. Its not clear why its stated these are "big in Romania", it appears to be a fairly new release onto the market from a small manufacturer. Its possible they are hugely popular, but it doesnt appear to be coroborated anywhere I can find.

Seems to be just another one of the multitude of crazy products you get in non-English speaking countries with names / images that are inappropriate.
