safe car battery charging/car 'storage'...

Sign in to disble this ad
my friend is wheelchair bound and doesn't get out of his house very often. He recently bought a NEW Toyota Solara because he could put the wheelchair behind the driver seat. he lives near minneapolis minnesota so in the winter it can get pretty cold. his garage is not well insulated.

is it safe, for him and the battery, constantly to trickle charge it??
