The picture on the front page of a news paper this morning, in the corner store, almost sent me into a fit. I almost lost it all the way back to the truck where I had to collect myself. I've been praying so hard about this since I heard but this morning, the significance struck.
Trust me man, I hear you. I fully agree with the whole slow torture thing- especially for somebody THIS sick. But at least we here in CT wont have to support him for the rest of his life.

Children...KINDERGARTNERS...and some heroic teachers..I think I've damn near run out of tears....
I don't normally pray to be honest but for the families affected by this horrific tragedy, I can sure as heck make an exception. Prayers sent to these families big time.

My heart breaks for those kids and their families. We are scared because we cannot explain the unexplainable.

If they did, I'd like to believe they'd get shut down before they ever even got started. The traffic through that area has been immense, and it is a very small area. At least as of Saturday, you couldn't even reach most of the directly affected area via automobile. My wife and I parked near the town center and walked quite a ways to leave flowers at one of the sites.

Despite the huge emergency crew and media presence, it was incredibly quiet. I'd imagine (hope?) any disturbance of the much needed peace would be dealt with pretty swiftly.

woops- missed this one before.

I've often said, I'd spring for a whole case of ammo in cases like this. Granted, all a good sharpshooter would need is one to do away with the dirtbag but still...

And it's staying closed, thanks to a few members who just can't resist taking things political.
