Anyone have these cool shoes?

Sandal sole, shoe casing hybrid.

Im dying to get some, as I wear flip flops (leather, good ones, not the ones from "hollister" and "AE") but get the usual comments from friends about them being uncool, but in a meaner way. But I only wear Converse, slip-on Airwalks, and boots when not wearing flip flops.

I want to buy a few pair of these, but I havent heard anything good or bad about em. I dont want them to fall apart or anything.

They look really, really comfortable.

Im going to GC on Friday, and need new shoes.. this might be them.

They look like a pair of house slippers that I got from AE that I use as regular streetwear...comfy as all get out b/c of the soft rubber sandal sole.

I recently got a pair of these. I'd have to recommend them. I haven't had them long enough to really say about the durability but they feel plenty durable to me. Either way they are extremely comfortable and better than any other flip flops I've had.

Theyll be terrible in the Ohio winters, but I have other shoes for reasons.

Now are you particularly talking about the flip-flops, or also considering their other styles? I ask because their flip-flops might be "nice ones", but they'll still get you the same heckling from your friends. If you come back at them with "no way dudes, these are cool California fashion flip-flops", the eye-rolling and jeering you'd get would only ratchet up higher.

Note: I'm a shameless dork, and I'd wear them. Only talking about all the heckling from friends because you mentioned it.
