Seriously, I heard at one time there was two moons and one collided into an other and that is why the moon is so pockmarked. I'll just file that away as a "could have happened". We weren't there yet. Nobody knows. |

that was pretty cool! | I have the StarWalk app on the iPad. It's great (amongst many things) for tracking the plethora of satellites over our heads. The ISS is a great sight... |

FTR, if you enlarge the original Apollo prints and apply the necessary filters, you can make out the distinct outline of a Waffle House in the upper lefthand aspect.
