I need some help with my homework.


#14. name one of the characterisitics used in naming muscles.

#15. If you extend your leg (abduct, adduct) which plane of the body are you extending it in__________? And along which axis are you moving it in__________?

I'm a scientist...a geologist, so you probably don't want my help. And if you need someone to do your homework for you, at least be creative, funny, or otherwise entertaining about it. Geez!

Naming tends to be relatively descriptive, telling where it is, what it is attached to, how many components there are etc etc

You are extending it away from the Sagittal plane.

There are fast twitch and slow twitch muscles, but I don't know if that's the answer you need.
