All this surplus coverage only serves to re-outrage. It serves no purpose than to draw a big yellow highlighter over the incompetence of the prosecution to get the job done right. Sure, people are pissed. many more are irrational. I only trust that karma will prevail where the justice system failed.

To simply say let it go is easy, but with the months of constant media pounding, how is anyone supposed to?

Happened to me once. She crawled through a space under the stairs. It was a bitch getting her back out from under the house.

You should be more concerned about the D.A. , He blew the case.

People murder and torture their children every day. What makes this one case so special? Nothing. But if people get really outraged about this one instance they can pretend all the other ones never happen. Our society is worthless.

Interesting. I never pretend about the death of any child.

If you're not doing anything about it, you're also pretending.

I didn't follow the trial but I figure it's pretty tough to convict someone of murder when you can't establish the cause of death. It seems like he didn't have much of a case to blow.

Really? If I'm not doing anything about it? What would you have me do? Prevent tragic things before they happen? I would gladly do that if you could predict the time and place for me to intervene. In the mean time, I will discuss it with people.

Pretending? No. But if that labeling makes you feel better.....

I don't see why people care. Anyone who thought she would actually serve any real time after the verdict would of been kidding themselves.

Exactly. It's fun to blame someone, but the case was far from air tight. Had it been 100% proven, even the best lawyers wouldn't keep her out of jail.

Eh, hopefully she'll get her punishment by dying in a riot. If not, she can enjoy living the rest of her life as a millionaire.
