SHOCK VIDEO: Savage Attack At Manhattan McDonald's « CBS New York
One of the many reasons I will never go into a McDonald's again. Customers and workers there are all hoods. |

A few developmentally disabled people work there cleaning the lobby and greeting the customers. I've also seen a few older folks who I feel bad for since they probably have to work because of the terrible economy.

-Mike | Yeah - good point. Sorry if I offended anybody that works there. Seriously, it's tough out there these days for a lot of folks. |

And I bet her friend will never jump over another counter to go after a cashier! Not to condone what that guy did (he was clearly overreacting) but those two women had something coming their way. I really can't feel too sorry for them. |

This kind of stuff is on the local news all the time here.
However, I've never seen footage of someone jumping the counter and running after the cashier!

If I smacked a stranger in the face over nothing and then mounted a two-against-one attack, I'd expect an equally inappropriate response, which is what they got.
There's a difference between getting what you deserve, and getting what's coming to you. I'd say the bimbo twins got a lesson in what that difference is.
I wonder what their criminal history is?
A trio of whack-jobs, at any rate.

| | | I was a real smartass when I was a kid and my dad would tell me all the time my time was coming. When I was 8, it finally came in the form of a 12 year old who had all my smart crap he was going to put up with and beat me up pretty good...well as good as one little kid can beat up another.
Either way I learned a very valuable lesson about when to stop running my suck around someone who obviously could stomp my butt.
As is demonstrated in the above link, some people's time apparently doesn't come until much later in life.

Frankly, I'm not shocked by the beating they got, but little did they know they were attacking someone who'd spent a decade in jail for killing someone.

Frankly, if they had gone behind the counter at a convenience store and got shot, no one would say anything. In this case because they are women and it is a man swinging a rod, they are getting sympathy they do not deserve. Frankly, I don't care if the cashier has a record, he was doing his job, and they were clearly out of bounds.

The customers insulted him, slapped him and jumped over the counter to have a go at him!
If he was a nerdy white student he wouldnt be in much trouble IMO! he was just defending himself...

well as a lawyer, I can tell you why he is in more trouble than them.
your response must be appropriate to the threat level.
he obviously did not fear for his life and could easily have retreated. in fact, he DID retreat... he went back in the back and got the steel rod he used to show them the errors of their ways. he did not have to come back out and beat them. you are not allowed to respond with deadly force unless your attacker is USING deadly force.
having said that, do i feel sorry for them.. well, maybe a little, especially if they were drunk, but not really.
----- hello, my good sir, i want one happy meal, with a side of fractured skull-----
