as far as them not liking cash, i knew nothing of this, and i dont see any reason why they'd be like that. the article claims to keep track of limits, but why would they want to enforce a limit on how much stuff you can buy? dont they want to sell as much as they can? |

And this is not a rumor this was actually taking place.
Apple said that the reason for not accepting cash(and only allowing two Ipads per purchaser with cc) was to help control piracy. |

If you use your debit or credit card, you can still put them on ebay. Are they also cheaper at the Apple stores than at other stores? Also, what service do you have to sign up for? The reason why I am asking is right now we only own a desktop computer but my wife and I have been discussing getting either a laptop or and I pad in the future.
