I really enjoyed the BODIES exposition, but to buy one? I wouldn't.

Aww, when I saw the thread title I thought we were talking about fresh human. No, I would not buy a stale plastic-filled slice.

It was, I went twice and would go again if I had the opportunity.

I didn't go anywhere near that thing. Some things are best left unseen.

Oh I would totally buy one. That has got to be one of the coolest things ever. Seriously. I would buy more than one.

Damn. I didn't see that the vertical cross-sections were $18k. Still, If I had the cash to spare, i would.

Fresh and vegetarian fed, maybe. But it would have to be from a female or a gelding. Uncastrated males are supposed to taste really foul.

Total ripoff. There are places in Africa where you can pick the cut you want while the slave is still alive and the meat is probably (I haven't tried it myself) much more tender. I don't think they would ship it to you though... While I'm thinking about it, if you go to East Africa, be very careful to not be sold into slavery.

Meh. I think of better things to buy. Hell, if I really had the urge to get one I'll just lop off a love handle.

I thought the donors signed their bodies to be made into art and for educational purposes, NOT for the guy to make a profit from.

I wouldn't be bummed if a portion of the profits from my fine specimen of a body went to my family.

I would love a cross-slice of a human brain! I'd only buy one if I had little else to spend money on, though.

at first I thought that this thread was about a firm selling human meat for consumption. I'm actually kind of disappointed that it's not, I've always wanted to try human...
