I just realized that the girl that played Eve is the same girl from 28 Days later.

Loved it. Definitely brings Bond into the current world. Craig is now, imho, the best Bond.

Fixed. But to be fair, I thought it was a good extension of Casino Royale, in a "open up a can of whoopass" sorta way...but yeah, not so much as a standalone Bond flick.

Can't wait to see this new movie!!!

Just saw it Sunday night. Loved it! It covers an "old vs new" or "new vs old" cultural delimma theme.

Some mini sub plots cover, loyalty and cold hearted betrayal of agents for the good of all.

Don't wanna blow the movie, so I won't but at the end of the movie, we see Bond do something that he's never done before in any of the other flicks.

Enjoy. Worth seeing.

This right here. Excellent movie. Being a Bond nut I loved the throwbacks to the old movies and I thought the "MI6 transition" theme was done really well.

Javier Bardem was creepy, funny and diabolical as the baddie.

Can't wait for the next installment.

Really enjoyed it.

Hot girls - Oh yes. Eve is a pretty tasty Moneypenny too!

Cool cars - Can't go wrong with Jags, Land Rovers, Range Rovers and of course the DB5.

One liners - Check.

Welcome to Scotland

I think tplyons nailed it, it's a Bond film, not just a generic action film.

Saw it last night. I'm a casual Bond viewer, so I can't say with authority, but it was one of the best I've ever seen.

What the heck, here's my ranking of the few I've seen:
1 - From Russia With Love
2 - Skyfall
3 - Thunderball
4 - The Spy Who Loved Me
5 - Die Another Day
6 - Quantum of Solace

Nope, haven't seen it yet.

Likely why I didn't enjoy Quantum of Solace so much.

Saw half of it last night before we had a power outage (truck hit a power pole nearby).
So far it's pretty good. They gave us raincheck tickets so we can go back and see how it ends.
