Ugh, having these sleeping habits are pain. Some days I go to bed at 12 and wake up at a normal time, other days I go to bed at 5 am and wake up at 2 in the afternoon, like today. Anyone else have problems like this? |

This past weekend, for example: Friday I wake up at 6:30 for work, work until 5, then go home and hang out for a bit. Go out to a party until around 4 in the morning and then head home. I wake up at 9 AM and drive two hours out to move stuff to my new apartment up at school. Move in all day long, then get some drink on until around 4 AM again.
Wake up at 6:30 AM and drive two hours home only stop there quick before heading an hour out to a family reunion. I stay there until 3 in the afternoon and then head home. I sleep from 4 PM until midnightish, then hang out until 3 AM before going to sleep again and waking up at 6:30 for work. I'm here till 5 again.
It's no wonder my favorite drink is black coffee!

Although I have a job that goes from leaving the house around 8:30 am to coming back around 8:30 pm.

One lady I worked with before suggested all electronics off at least 2 hours before bed. |

I just can not sleep two hour straight and I never cant stay at bed after 6 am.
The worst thing is that i need to be at office by 8.30 am so not reason to wake up 4 am. |

Wal-Mart is about the same price.
Takes about 15-20 minutes to work and wears off after about 6-7 hours. It's REAL hard to stay awake if you take a whole one. |

I've taken melatonin from time to time, and find that it works quite well in getting my sleep cycle back in sync. However, I seem to have a higher incidence of intense, whacked-out dreams when I take it.
