So Here's a Slightly Newer Woman Thread

Can we have those ^. Just curious.

My friend and I both like the same girl and are trying to decide who gets first dibs. How can we do this reasonably and without one of us ending up wanting to kill the other?

Discuss.

Good luck. ;)
Ultimately it will be her decision...

lowfreq33 12-17-2012 02:11 AM

Neither. While you two are trying to decide someone else has already asked her out.

Do you think the alpha male chimp worries about that crap? Make your move.

Excellent response.

The three answers hold the truth.
There is no such thing as friendship when it comes to getting girls. Try your luck and see what comes out. If you really are friends there is no reason to fight over this.

LET THE GAMES BEGIN

Tituscrow 12-17-2012 03:09 AM

This is, of course, assuming she has an interest in either of you two.

Rush-2112 12-17-2012 03:24 AM

CHOOSE him for her, of course. It's the only way...

I would be an alpha chimp if I could do that multiquote thing without a whole lot of cutting and pasting and typing.

Roshambo is the traditional way to resolve the question of who has dibs on anything. 4 out of 7 because this is important.

The winner should make a point of proudly explaining to her how he won her.

Why not settle it during the Feats of Strength, on Festivus? You can start when the Airing of The Grievances begins but you'll want to state yours first. You'll be at a serious disadvantage if he gets the jump on you.

Yeah, dont wait. Play To win.

champbassist 12-17-2012 05:46 AM

Why the caber toss, of course.

Nothing says 'I'm gonna be your man!' louder and clearer than tossing a 6 meter, 175 lb tree log with pinpoint accuracy, all while dressed in an attractive kilt :D

Ask her out while he believes you are still discussing it.

"Bros before Hoes" is a reserved excuse for people who can't get laid . . .

Qoute of the day, definitely sigworthy.

Back in the 70s our rhythm guitarist stole my gf, I say stole but I am sure she played a part in it.

I went to their wedding, but I did end up dating her best friend. :hyper:

The honourable way of course, a challenge of single combat.

LarryO 12-17-2012 07:01 AM

You could have a battle royale

DWBass 12-17-2012 07:12 AM

Every man for himself. Back when I was a teenager, I and a friend of mine liked the same girl. Once he caught wind that I was gonna ask her out, he beat me to the punch!

That "log" only weighs 175? Heck, it's an entire tree!

(for the girl, show her your logs and see which one she likes best!)
