But if it's more than a little expired, I'd pass on it and just do motrin or tylenol.

and speaking of that, get some Arnica cream, and rub it on those bruises, and get some of the Arnica pills that come in the blue tube. It'll make your bruises go down.

Can you still take it? | It loses potency, that's pretty much it. Sell it for big money and buy Motrin or some other ibuprofen that will deal with pain and inflammation.
