Yesterday I was getting ready to go out and do some chores and I must of turned wrong or something and totally threw my back out, I literally couldnt move for about 5 mins I just sat there in agonizing pain..

Well fast forward 24 hrs, 10 or so Advil and about 6 hrs of heating pad time and its still ultra sore..

All I needed really, Its like Im Gods little comic relief lets see how much pain and drama we can put ol' Ibanezcollector thru before he snaps.

Now I was in a little finance problem and missing work is just going to make that much worse..

I might have to sell every fricking thing I own if this doesnt get better soon.. ***

Crap. Bad back issues like that suck.
And of course, one of the worst things is that everybody gives you advice on what to do...
hang in there, rest, and recover. Stressing over it causes tension (including muscle tension) which only makes the back issue worse.

If haven't gone to the doctor yet you might, a slipped disc (or whatever it might be) isn't something to play around with.

I throw my back out bad about once every two years to the point it's unbearable to sit on the toilet, put on pants, or even sit up to drive.

The only thing that has fixed it, is a full day of doing nothing and some Aleve.

I can thank an Ampeg 610 and band PA for a lifetime of having an aggravated back.

Seriously, go to the doctor my wife was complaining of a sore back and she ended up with a fractured L5 vertebrae. It required some serious surgery....

I have the same problems, once every couple years and I'm usually laid out for a couple weeks and sore for a month or so. I'm alergic to aspirin and acetaminophen (sp?) so you've got a leg up on me there. Seems like it always goes out at the worst possible time, but since it's somewhat stress related it makes sense that it would go when times are already strained.

pro-tip: Drop the lights and throw on some Pink Floyd, Bob Marley, Boards of Canada, or Vivaldi and partake in whatever you got for relaxation... booze, herb, prescription, etc. just don't mix'em.
