| Just thought I'd drop in my 2¢
According to my native-S. Korean professor, Gangnam is the Korean equivalent to Hollywood. The song is a satire of their lavish lifestyle. The whole thing is making fun of the rich, and its hilarious. One of my suitemates (also Korean) does that dance all the time and its flipping hilarious. Why so many people gotta hate on catchy, humorous pop? I mean it's not my preferred style of music, but it's entertaining. Music doesn't always have to be technically complicated to be good.
