After over 1 year searching for entry level positions here in STL, I've taken up power lifting as my reason for existence!
No money left to fuel my vehicle or "go out", but health and fitness still remain relatively cheap.
So what are you doing to pass the daylight hours when everyone else is making money?

Best decision I ever made. I go to school four days a week and have a crappy low-paying weekend job the other three days. School (or some sort of certification or training program) is the best way to fill this time if at all possible. |

| | Registered User | | Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Big Island | | I've been unemployed since May, 2008. When I'm not searching for work (mostly on the internet), I help my brother install computers at the University (they don't have funds to employ new staff and are short handed). I also volunteer in the Anthropology lab where I used to work, operating and maintaining their HPLC system.
I managed to scrape enough money together to get a Peavey Millennium BXP. I don't have an amp to play it on, but I do have GuitarPort and Gearbox on my computer.
