I've seen those before, but I don't know the name. They're pretty harmless, though, but I'd make sure they don't lay eggs in my ear.

We call those "colon cleansers" over here. Quite useful companions for at-home health care, if you're feeling constipated, just slip one or two of those guys in for complete relief.
