" ۞ " that symbol was in someone's sig. (can't remember who's), so i copied and pasted it, and nobody seems to know how to make it...so can anyone here explain it to me?
It's a part of the New Times Roman font, assuming you're on a PC:
Programs > Accessories > System Tools > "Character Map"
Start it up, select New Times Roman in the font drop-down menu, and it will have lots of glyphs and fancy characters to entertain you. That one is in there somewhere near the middle.

ok, so i just found out that if i hold "alt" and press 1758 on the number pad, it makes that ۞ and 0134 makes a cross, and there's a bunch of other cool symbols too. †
That one is in there somewhere near the middle.
