Not cool to go sneaking up on people on the can...especially if you look like a recluse of some kind. Disapprove.
I asked him what species he is but he seems to be taking a little dirt nap right now..
(I titled the album "Chilean Recluse", but I'm really not exactly sure what he is)

How big was it?

Damn arachnids.

This one stung me on the tricep when I stretched in my recliner.
Other than the creep factor, I've had worse ant and wasp stings.

Creepy little buggers, but nothing to freak out over from the sting. Fire ants bugged me more....but getting up in the morning and putting your kicks on, and having one hit your foot, not cool...

How big was it? | He was about 1.2 inches or so.
Yeah, I have found a scorpion just like that one in this thread in my carport before, too.
And I want to get into landscaping, haha.

We've got bats out in the shed that I've convinced people to leave there. Those things are destroying the mosquito population and keeping spiders and the like away from the house. Funny how a few martins and bats can keep a house and yard bug free.

No poisonous anything, if I'm not mistaken. Just gross zebra spiders, huge *** orb weavers, et cetera... |

It's one of reasons why seeing Mud Dauber Wasp nests around the yard makes me smile. Their normal lunch menu is dangerous spiders, like the black widow.

After three - four days it looked like someone had put out a cigarette on her skin. Antibiotics fixed her up in a few days, but it is slow to heal and there will definitely be a scar. Quote:

That was just the biggest thing. There were a few scorpions, some red ants, and some crazy looking beetles too. It gets cold at night during the January dry season so they were looking for warmth.
