As much as I was against this game when I first heard the news that a new one was being released. I am way more FOR it now. Absolutely AWESOME game with a lot more depth then L4D. A heck of a lot creepier special infected too.
What do those of you that have played the demo think so far?

I am glad they brought in alot of stuff that we asked them to patch into L4D. I will probably buy it. I have you added on steam don't I, gold member? We should play.

I do agree that it seems to have a bit more depth to it that its predecessor lacked. Details are more vibrant, weapons are more plentiful, and the overall feel of the game feels grander. I'm really looking forward to the retail launch. I had the game pre-ordered for about a month now
As far as the difficulty... I wouldn't say expert mode is too easy... but I had more difficulty avoiding friendly-fire instead of taking down infected. What's worse is when teammates run in front of you when you're shooting at a mob -_- |

I preordered a 4 pack for friends and myself a week or two. We love L4D. its what the GF and I play together. We're all super excited for L4D2.

Log into xbox live find 3 strangers/friends, have some fun killing zombies and listening to other people screaming because something jumped out of nowhere lol

not worth the money IMO.

There's enough sausage around while playing the game with my friends already, some spice would be nice.

I like L4D AND L4D2, they both have different feels, gameplay experience varies quite a bit IMO between the two, so I'd like to keep playing both.

I'll stick to my Nazi zombies.

I'll stick to my Nazi zombies. | Yeah, I own both and while I really do enjoy L4D, I guess it's just not as dark an overall experience as having wave after wave of increasingly fast, numerous, and resilient zombies that, despite your skills and weaponry, will inevitably overrun and kill you.

They literally could of released the original(I`m talking about the PC version through Valve) and just added updates which included new maps(new stories essentially), new weapons, new zombies, etc... There was no need for a second game which plays and looks exactly like the first with the only difference being these basic updates which could of been done via valve. The only real difference I`ve even noticed between the two games is how the zombies blow apart. Past that, it`s the same game. |

The only reason I never got Prestige was W@W came out, and I got hooked on that instead.

Graphics, textures and models all have way more detail. 16 new weapons, plus the original 4. Campaigns are longer and more in depth, new special infected, new "uncommon" infected, melee weapons, and a real storyline.
