Are the parents interviewed? Do you have to provide a geneology, complete with birth certificates? What if you're a white guy adopted by a non-white family with no way to find your birth parents, but REALLY good? Do they make an exception and just assume that your lack of a tan is pedigree enough?
I've seen this before, though. I watched the Vidor High School basketball team play when I was younger. It wasn't pretty.

I'm not nearly as involved in basketball as I used to be, but anyone with any basketball knoweldge knows that very few "street ballers" ever really step up to the big game. Allen Iverson in his heyday was a glorified street baller, sure, but as far as I know Rafer Alston was the only guy off of the And 1 Mixtapes to ever suit up in an NBA uniform and make a career out of it.
Ten bucks says this league never gets off the ground.
