SPRAINED THUMB, BUSY WEEKEND COMING UP

title says it all, sprained my thumb on my left hand last night playing football, and i have a busy weekend coming up, has anyone got any ideas for a quick solution!!!???

Get some sort of wrist brace that is flexible but keeps even pressure on the thumb.

should i jus gaffa tape my thumb to the back of the neck??

No, because then you could only play one section of the neck.

More seriously do try and get a proper wrist/thumb support but if you really really have no way of getting one before a gig then you can make a support out of the gaffa tape, just wrap it round like a bandage. Wouldn't give much movement though.

Also, how did you sprain your thumb doing football?
