I installed Diablo II a few days ago.

For the occasional geek afternoon, Starcraft is still the best choice of LAN fun round here

I play it now and again, it is certainly a game I always go back to. Tho I'll admit, I don't play it online anymore.

The people who play it online tend to be stupendously good

I re-bought the Starcraft battle chest a couple of months ago. It's still as fun as the day it came out. SC2 looks like it will be absolutely awesome. From what I understand, Blizzard made a point of making the races/units be even more unlike each other, while still retaining balance. Should be interesing.

I've just finished the SC campaign a few days ago, and am playing the BW campaign

I hope that SC2 will be out by the next summer. Hopefully I'll have graduated by then and can devote my summer to playing it. My GF thinks I'm joking when I say I'll put her on hold for a month or two

Everyone knows Age of Empires: The Age of Kings kicks Starcraft's butt!

SC2 is going to be really good. I can already tell. Plus who can argue with Blizzard's track record?

I don't care that it is coming out in three seperate titles. I'll probably end up buyint them all

Also excellent. But if you think about it, they are basically the same game (well WC3 atleast). The races in WC3 seem to have hybrid abilities with those from Starcraft.

The undead for instance are basically zerg + protoss (have to build on creep but building sequence can be unattended by zealot)

I`m still against the 3 separate titles. If these games all together add up to more than $100 I`ll be pissed.

It`s like the Arbiter says if you click on him a lot - "This is not WarCraft in space. It is much more sophisticated."
