Stargate was great IMO, especially the series. What series without MacGuyver wouldn't be!

Heinlein wrote a wonderful book which explored the responsibility of people to society - and pitched it in a military setting with a great action theme. The movie was OK, but nothing like the book in terms of depth or complexity.

Terrific book. |

I also watched triple x (w/ vin diesel). Definitely a mindless afternoon for me |

I liked the Stargate movie from what I remember (been a 2-3 years since I saw it last) and I loved the series when MacGuyver was still in it.

bc | +1. Stargate was second-rate sci-fi, Starship Troopers was third-rate. So I guess Stargate was better, but it's not a matter of "like" for me.
