Starting a solo road trip tomorrow- RI to TX. What to do?

hey guys, long time no post but i figured this would be an awesome way to get ideas for this looooong road trip i take off on tomarrow. i'm traveling from rhode island to austin, texas and hope to make it by mid day monday. what i need from you all... (y'all, i guess...) is some sweet places to visit maybe a little bit off the highway. i already know i'm goin to the new cowboys stadium, memphis, and nashville.

i'm going by myself and yes i know this will probably get old by the 10th hour of driving, but as of right now i'm so excited for my epic adventure lol. my mission once i get to texas is to rescue my friend (drummer and brother from another mother) from the shear boredom that he puts up with everyday down there... along with some other kind of illegal activity that i cant speak any more upon. then we return to rhode island, get a bandspace, and finish writing our first album. sound like a plan? cuz it does to us!

ok a little bit about me: i'm 21 and love beers, i play bass guitar for a tool influenced but kinda punk sounding metal band called zen yeti, i work and got plenty of cash to do pretty much whatever, i'm stupid and don't think things through, and i love haunted houses.

SO, if u could at least name me like the sweetest and scariest places to visit that you know of on the way, PLEASE say somethin.

thanks guys and uhh... get r done. i'll stay posted everywhere i can get free wifi.
