Stay safe tonight. Don't drink and drive!

Even though I just posted in the other thread and there are a few New Years threads poking around, it's a message that can't be seen enough:

DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

Tonight is one of, if not the most dangerous night of the year when it comes to drunk driving accidents. Avoid driving tonight even if your sober! A lot of fatalities occur because of sober drivers being hit by a drunk driver.

So everyone have a safe, happy, responsible New Years!

I'm gonna reiterate the point

DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!

I had a friend about 8 years ago who was killed by a drunk driver. So nothing makes me more upset than this.

Be responsible tonight, guys!

+1. Going to jail, or worse, causing the death of yourself or other people, is a bad thing.

STAY SAFE!! Happy New Year to all.

Those of you who are partying in Denver tonight, remember that the busses and Light Rail trains are free from 7pm to 6am. THERE'S NO REASON TO TAKE A CHANCE BEHIND THE WHEEL!!!!!!!!

Yeah, a hearty #1 to the no drink & drive sentiment.

I'll be home with a big bottle of this stuff tonight:

I should be good. I haven't had a drink in a little over 3 years, so I think I should be OK to drive. I also plan on getting home in time to see the GT vs LSU game at 7 so, hopefully, the rest of the folks on the road won't be too sloppy yet.

Speaking from personal experience, this is a great way to end up in the back of a cruiser.

Instead of refusing the breathalyzer, don't give them a reason to use one on you--Stay off the road if you're wasted.

That's my goal for the night, making it through watching LSU chop GT up...then letting my friend Nyquil take over...
