My, we got a long way to go, considering SW went down a LONG time ago, and we're just getting around to building space stations (suitably in deserts...), and don't really have any spaceships (is the Virgin Galactic ready yet? Hardly up to even Millenium Falcon standards...

A Live-steam version of that would be a blast. heat the water with propane, go to one of those steam shows and charge people for rides.
