The person who drew Han Solo must be a U2 fan, Solo looks kind of like Bono.

Check out Star Wars 1942, as well... some interesting stuff!

I didn't see a Boba Fett one, I did see Stormtroopers...I'd love it if I missed it.

My, we got a long way to go, considering SW went down a LONG time ago, and we're just getting around to building space stations (suitably in deserts...), and don't really have any spaceships (is the Virgin Galactic ready yet? Hardly up to even Millenium Falcon standards...

That Yoda rendition is pretty epic. So is the AT-AT Walker.

And Princess Leia. Steampunk chicks in general are kinda sexy.

What a great thread. I love the speeder and pod racers, but those walkers, including the blimp walker are just amazing. The yoda was really cool too. Looked like it was a combination of a hobbit and yoda.

I would, if I had the spare money, know-how, materials and time, build one of those pod racers. Seriously. A Live-steam version of that would be a blast. heat the water with propane, go to one of those steam shows and charge people for rides.

All I could think while looking at that site is how awesome it would be to see an entire movie done up in that style. Kinda of like how the new BSG is inspired by but nothing like the old BSG. Especially considering how freaking amazing some of the stuff ILM that does already is.
