It got to the point where the Steelers were afraid to catch a ball for fear of getting blasted. That's what happens when you go up against the champs! What a classic defensive game.

That's not the first time they've struggled with protection this season. I don't think Ben helps them much...... He holds the ball too long sometimes.

That is a pretty good team that beat em, John. World Champs and all that......

Great game, even though I didn't enjoy the outcome.

I think we just watched the 2 best teams in the NFL this week, regardless of record.

yeah, the giants are no slouches of course, but the steelers certainly weren't making it as hard as it should have been.

well, i said it before, this game would show the steeler's weaknesses. offensive line. the steeler d definitely kicked butt, despite the ridiculous penalty fest. giants with 1st and goal on the four and the best they can do is a fg is pretty epic, especially that late in the game.

Yeah, yeah, whatever. There were no players on eother side scared in that game yesterday. Well, maybe a couple Steeler offensive linemen.

We had that game won until the unforced error, then we just unraveled from there. Total momentum shift after the bad snap, and the Steelers played on their heels the rest of the game. Playing against a lesser team, we probably still would have won. Not the Giants, they're way too good to let that chance slip by them.

Well, I said it in the other thread (Week#8) but that game could have gone either way. When you have two teams like that playing each other it all depends on where the "odd play" falls, and the blown long snap was it .... just happened to be the Giants that got the gift this time.

But the obvious can't be overlooked with either team. Shame on the Steelers for those last two offensive series, just a terrible performance. You can't let your QB get manhandled like that at the end of the game. And shame on the Giants, four times knocking at the door and settling for FG's instead of TD's, not to mention being stuffed at the goal line in the one series.

But it was a really good game .... bet there were some really sore bodies on both sides this morning IMO, they are the two best in the NFL right now ....

I watched a pretty good Eagles / Giants game last night. Marky Mark Wahlberg scored the winning touchdown.
