I'm assuming that it will be on BBC iPlayer though, in which case I will watch it tomorrow. Also intending to watch Gorillaz on there as well, since I missed them on Friday night.

And I msut say, throughout the show, I kept thinking there's only really been one band with such an energy and sheer power on the stage, coupled with such a high level of technical prowess: Led Zeppelin.
And also; Wolstenholme's pipe was pure class.

I was in the line for Jay-Z's pit, being practically crushed against the purple wall to the right of the stage. (actually it didn't get bad until after Stevie Wonder's show when everyone started pushing and shoving to get into the pit)
But it was worth it to see Jay-Z up front!

I have it recorded on my Sky Box in HD!!

Like an orange/red burst with maple neck - very nice!

Covering U2 is the least cool thing that Muse have ever done. And they were nowhere near as good as 2004.

Wolstenhome's pipe was class

The atmosphere was something else. And the music... well I think you can guess
I also saw George Clinton with Parliament and Funkadelic, another awesome show. Just to gloat some more, I saw Thom Yorke and Johnny Greenwood from Radiohead in a secret show and was about 10 rows from the front in a huge crowd. I have officially had my best weekend ever! | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
