After reading that article, I wish the wider world had known more about him when he was alive. I remember a show on a science channel that explained the different sources of strength. This man clearly had great tendon and joint strength. He also understood healthy eating. Now that I am nearly fifty, I am going to cut back on meat consumption by at least half and maybe 75%.
